Lil’ Dragons
(ages 3–5)
Our Lil’ Dragons program is designed for children ages 3, 4 & 5 years of age. We offer three preschool Taekwondo classes per week. It is a detailed curriculum that focuses on improving children’s basic motor and listening skills. These skills help them enter society with a more confident and enthusiastic outlook.
They become better students in school, better listeners at home, and more ambitious towards the future. We believe that the time between the ages of four and six are the most important years of a child’s development. Our program enhances positive development in a fun and motivating way.
The Little Dragons curriculum consists of developing eight major skills that are necessary for participation in any sport or activity:
- Focus
- Teamwork
- Control
- Balance
- Memory
- Discipline
- Fitness
- Coordination
The curriculum also contains eight Little Dragons Personal Development Skills that are used to reinforce family values.
Upon completion of our Little Dragons program, your child will become focused and motivated to achieve any goal they set in life.

Lil’ Dragons is a great stepping stone to their journey to become active members at home, school, and socially.

The 3-5 age group is just about to dive into the world of daily school. It is a huge step in their lives that requires adjustment and growth. That’s where we come in! Our classes help students prepare for everything school has to offer. They’ll leave class with a healthy mindset toward learning, a better understanding of how to interact with teachers and fellow students, an understanding of anti-bullying techniques and values, and more!
We don’t make our Lil’ Dragons program too complicated. Students are given simple tasks to complete that best suit their age group. A few exercises, life lessons, and Taekwondo drills can get them started on a great journey without making class confusing.
