Included in your Taekwondo membership is fitness training!
Fitness training focuses on working out the whole body and can become a great supplement to your martial arts training. Workouts are specifically designed to focus on cardio, strength, endurance, stamina, and dynamic movement.
A 15-30 minute mini-workout of sparring follows each Fitness class for TaeKwonDo Students.
Master Emmons believes that your self-defense skills and your TaeKwonDo skills are only as strong as your physical fitness level therefore all our TaeKwonDo classes include cardio, strength training, and flexibility to help the student become as physically fit as the student can in preparation for their TaeKwonDo and self-defense skills.
