Sunday Funday Workout

workoutWe are back at it again with the Sunday Workouts.  All Adult Green Belts and above are invited to this workout.  We start at 10:30 am and go until noon.  All we do is spar for an hour in a half.  If you can’t last that long, it’s fine. You may stop whenever you want.  There will be no instruction, JUST SPAR.  See you guys there!
